Our team was entrusted with the development of the concept and branding for a hotel with a tremendous family history, located in a cozy corner of Lori region. The hotel was founded in the early 1960s by the father of the family. Initially, the building served as an apartment building where the founder lived with his family. The location of the building was chosen in such a way that the house was sunny at any time of the day, and the windows offered a breathtaking view of the dendropark. In 1988, the earthquake turned both the beautiful garden and the building into ruins. In 2008, the restoration works began, which lasted for almost 15 years: the arboretum was restored, and the father’s building was given a new lease of life in the form of a hotel.

Our team had an objective of showing the full depth of the hotel’s history by developing appropriate branding.

The problem and the solution

Forest: The hotel is located in the heart of Vanadzor’s Dendropark and seems to be just sinking in the green forest. A complete fusion of man and wonderful nature takes place here. The name seems to hint at the mindblowing location of the hotel.

it’s 1961: 1961 is a significant date in the history of the hotel: it is the year that the hotel was founded. The soul and warm atmosphere of the 60s are summed up in the hotel. Eternal family values rule everywhere and a spirit of tranquility and peace prevails.

FOR: The key to success in the hospitality industry is respect for the clients and the desire to ensure their best vocation experience. The hotel has created all the conditions for guests’ complete relaxation, complete entertainment and maximum comfort.

A modern and user-friendly website has also been created for the hotel, through which visitors can get information about the hotel’s services, location and history, as well as book rooms immediately. The introduction of pages in social networks, the development of the corporate style of the page was also implemented.
